From cabling to firewalls, including Wi-Fi access point installation and OPENevents platform configuration, we deploy a fully operational connected environment for the duration of your event. Our teams support you at every stage, from defining your requirements to on-site technical support.

Assessment

On-site technical visit, floor plan analysis, bandwidth requirements evaluation and connection possibilities. This phase results in a network architecture proposal tailored to your event and budget.

Equipment rental

Provision of all necessary equipment including telecom racks, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, cabling and the OPENevents platform, delivered on-site, configured by our teams and collected at closing. No purchase, no asset commitment.

Installation & deployment

Our technicians travel on-site for the complete infrastructure installation covering cabling, access point mounting, network equipment and OEwifi captive portal configuration. Load testing and sign-off are completed before opening to the public.

Support & supervision

On-site technical presence or unlimited phone support throughout the event. Centralised NOC supervision, rapid incident response, equipment collection and closing report at the end of the event.

Internet connectivity tailored to your venue and event

We research and implement the most suitable internet access solution for your venue and the duration of your event, guaranteeing the required bandwidth and redundancy to ensure service continuity, whatever the site context.

Dedicated temporary fibre

Fibre connection for the duration of the event at sites with a nearby operator access point. Guaranteed symmetrical bandwidth, low latency, contractualised SLA. The preferred solution for multi-day events requiring high and stable throughput such as congresses, trade shows and conventions.

4G/5G & Starlink

For outdoor venues, isolated locations, short-duration events or situations where fibre connection is not possible within the required timeframe. Our cellular and satellite equipment enables rapid deployment with no dependency on fixed infrastructure. Starlink provides high-bandwidth satellite connectivity, including in areas with no terrestrial coverage.

Aggregation & redundancy

Combination of multiple links of different types including fibre, 4G, 5G and satellite, to increase available bandwidth and guarantee service continuity in the event of a link failure. Switchover is automatic and transparent for end users. Essential for high-stakes events where any outage is unacceptable.

Connectivity equipment rental

Our autonomous infrastructures, combined with the OPENevents platform, guarantee a reliable and fully controlled end-to-end network. You benefit from professional equipment with no purchase or asset commitment, delivered, configured and collected by our teams for the exact duration of your event.

Cellular and satellite telecom rack

Mobile and autonomous internet access equipment including 4G/5G cellular routers, Starlink terminals, antennas and link aggregation units. Designed for rapid deployment on sites without fixed infrastructure or as a complement to an existing fibre connection. Integrated power supply, pre-configured before delivery.

Routers, switches and firewalls

Core network equipment providing routing, traffic segmentation and perimeter security for your event infrastructure. Managed switches configured in VLANs by zone or usage covering exhibitors, organisers, visitors and staff. Firewalls providing content filtering, intrusion protection and network isolation. Compatible with HP, Aruba, Cisco and Juniper.

Wi-Fi access points

Professional Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E access points, dimensioned to the user density of your event. Optimised positioning based on the floor plan and high-usage zones. Each access point is configured with the SSIDs and profiles defined for the event, and monitored in real time from our NOC. Available from lightweight units to high-density solutions for large-scale events.

OPENevents solution

The OPENevents platform is activated for the duration of the event and integrated into the entire deployed infrastructure. OEwifi customises the captive portal to your event branding. OEnet manages access profiles, per-user bandwidth and any commercial services offered to your exhibitors. OEportal gives your teams and ours a real-time view of the network status.

What the rental includes

Equipment delivery and collection on-site, on the dates agreed with your team. No logistics on your end, as our technicians handle all equipment flow.

Full configuration before opening covering network setup, VLANs, QoS and OEwifi captive portal branded to your event or sponsors.

Complete testing before opening to the public, to ensure the entire setup is operating correctly under real conditions.

Closing report at the end of the event covering consumption by zone, incidents handled, connection statistics and usage data sent to your team.

Our equipment integrates with the OPENevents platform, the same solution deployed in permanent mode at the largest event venues in France.
