Over the years, the Montreuil Children’s Book and Press Fair in Seine-Saint-Denis has established itself as one of the highlights of the French cultural scene, attracting a large audience, numerous exhibitors, and a variety of professional and public events.

In this context, the coordination, operational management, and technical reliability provided by Mediactive Events are key factors in ensuring the success of the 2025 edition.

For this edition, the Center for the Promotion and Training of Children’s Literature (CPLJ) has once again placed its trust in Mediactive Events, entrusting the company with the coordination of the overall program. This collaboration is part of a long-standing working relationship built on a centralized approach to managing the expertise involved.

This collaboration has enabled the Mediactive Group to bring all of its expertise together within a unified organization structured around centralized management.

Managing the complexity of events with Mediactive’s expertise

The 2025 Children’s Book and Press Fair is a prime example of this approach. By combining a general public program with a series of webinars for professionals, the event required a dual level of coordination. With a very high volume of visitors, a significant number of exhibitors, and several hundred speakers, Mediactive Events deployed a set of synchronized systems, ensuring seamless functionality between in-person and digital formats.

By leveraging centralized management and a structured coordination of expertise, Mediactive Events ensured that all operations proceeded smoothly and transparently for all stakeholders.

A structured business model: one area of expertise, multiple solutions, a single point of contact

Support for the trade show is part of Mediactive Events’ operational model, which is based on combining complementary solutions under a single project management structure.
This framework allows us to coordinate platforms, on-site operations, and technical infrastructure while maintaining a comprehensive overview of the project.

  • Aloha Events played a central role in the preparation and operation of the trade show. The solution enabled the management of registrations, invitations, the exhibitor portal, and all access control. By structuring these operations from the preparatory phase onward, Aloha helped organize workflows and facilitate team coordination. During on-site operations, it supported access management and helped ensure operational continuity.

  • In the run-up to the event, Wisembly organized all the webinars for industry professionals. The platform facilitated 50 sessions that brought together 700 participants and involved 130 speakers, while ensuring strict management of access, content, and schedules.

    This digital preparation ensured a smooth transition between the trade show and the public exhibition, providing exhibitors with all the necessary information before they arrived on site.

  • The network infrastructure was provided by the group, in coordination with the teams at Paris Montreuil Expo and GL events Paris. The setup relied on extensive Wi-Fi coverage and a continuous technical presence, ensuring the stability essential for digital operations, exhibitor needs, and production teams

For the 2025 edition, Wisembly, Aloha Events, and Mediactive Connect were brought together under a single project management team, ensuring the seamless coordination of all technical and operational aspects.
