Equipped with a permanent infrastructure managed by OPENevents, you can offer your organisers and exhibitors structured, measurable connectivity services with no dependency on an external provider. From OEnet, you create your offerings, activate services and visualise connections and bandwidth in real time.

Dedicated internet access per stand or zone

Configure bandwidth and secure identifier assignments by company, individual or group. Each access is activated, monitored and billed from OEnet. QoS ensures that the subscribed bandwidth is effectively available, even during peak connection periods at event openings.

Private network per organiser

Logically isolated network with contractually guaranteed bandwidth. The organiser’s traffic is separated from the rest of the infrastructure, with no possible interference with other events or visitor access. Suited to trade shows, congresses, seminars and conventions.

Visitor interface fully customisable to the colours of the organiser or a sponsor including logo, visuals, languages, access modes and promotional content. Deployed via OEwifi in a few clicks, with no technical intervention required. A new marketing revenue stream for your venue.

From OEnet, your sales teams create offerings, configure activation dates and activate services on demand. No technical dependency on an external provider for each new trade show.

QoS is applied at a technical level: an exhibitor subscribing to 50 Mbps cannot consume another exhibitor’s bandwidth, even during peak periods. Each service is isolated and measurable.

OEportal reports provide the data needed to justify each billed service, prove the quality of service delivered and evolve your catalogue based on real usage.
