Over the course of eight editions, TOP AFEP has established itself as one of the most influential B2B networking events in the French business community.
Its mission: to create the conditions for direct, meaningful interactions between executives from France’s largest corporations and the leaders of high-potential small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-market companies. These one-on-one meetings, going beyond informal discussions, aim to generate concrete opportunities for partnerships, sourcing, or investment.
On March 28, the Economic, Social, and Environmental Council (CESE) hosted this 8th edition, bringing together 50 executives from major corporations and 300 leaders of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized companies from across the country. The clearly defined objective was to maximize the intensity and relevance of the discussions in a format punctuated by targeted B2B speed-meeting sessions.
Achieving this goal involved overcoming logistical, technological, and interpersonal challenges: ensuring a smooth reception process at an institutional venue, guaranteeing the relevance of every connection made, and providing each decision-maker with a seamless experience befitting the event.
To address all of these challenges, AFEP has entrusted Mediactive Events with the design and implementation of the technological and operational infrastructure for this year’s event.
